Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the MSQ application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application” or “app”), provided by Uttamchand Sancheti (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using MSQ, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
 

Use of the Application

MSQ is an AI-powered music creation and audio processing application that allows users to generate and edit music, songs, lyrics, vocals, beats, and other audio content.

Features may include:

  • Song Generator

  • Music Generator

  • Lyrics Generator

  • Hum to Song

  • Beat Maker

  • AI Vocals

  • Remix

  • Vocal Remover

  • Generation History

Some features may require an internet connection, third-party AI processing, or a paid subscription.
 

User Content

You may provide text prompts, lyrics, audio recordings, music, humming, vocals, melodies, and other content to use certain features of MSQ.

You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting content to MSQ, you grant the Service Provider a limited right to process that content solely as necessary to provide the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, remix, modify, or otherwise use any content submitted to the Application.
 

AI-Generated Content

MSQ uses artificial intelligence to generate songs, music, lyrics, beats, vocals, and other audio content based on user instructions.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to content created for other users. The Service Provider does not guarantee that generated content will be unique or suitable for any particular purpose.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise using it.
 

Song & Music Generation

MSQ allows users to generate songs and music based on prompts, themes, moods, genres, and other instructions.

Generated results may vary depending on the information provided and the AI models used.
 

Lyrics Generator

The Lyrics Generator allows users to generate lyrics based on topics, themes, moods, and other instructions.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated lyrics and ensuring their use does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
 

Hum to Song

Hum to Song allows users to provide or record humming, melodies, or other audio that may be processed to generate music.

Users should only submit recordings they have permission to use.
 

AI Vocals

AI Vocals may process user-provided instructions or audio to create AI-generated vocal content.

MSQ must not be used to impersonate another person, deceive others about the identity of a speaker or performer, or violate another person's rights.
 

Remix & Vocal Remover

MSQ may provide tools for remixing audio and removing or separating vocals.

You must have the necessary rights or permission to process any copyrighted music, recordings, or other audio submitted to these features.

The availability of a technical feature does not grant you permission to use copyrighted material.
 

Third-Party AI Processing

MSQ uses Fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to provide certain AI-powered music generation and audio processing functionality.

Depending on the feature used, text prompts, lyrics, audio recordings, humming, melodies, vocals, uploaded music, and other necessary information may be transmitted to Fal.ai to perform the requested operation.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their applicable terms, privacy policies, and data handling practices.


Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use MSQ to:

  • Create or distribute unlawful content

  • Violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights

  • Upload or process content you do not have permission to use

  • Impersonate or deceptively imitate another person

  • Create fraudulent, abusive, threatening, hateful, or harmful content

  • Attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Application

  • Circumvent subscriptions, usage limits, security measures, or access restrictions

  • Use the Application in violation of applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is identified.
 

Generation History

MSQ may provide a Generation History feature that allows users to revisit previous creations.

Certain generated content and related information may be stored locally on the user's device.

Users are responsible for maintaining access to and backups of content they wish to retain.
 

Purchases and Subscriptions

MSQ may offer free functionality with limited access and optional paid Pro subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Purchases made through the iOS Application are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal in accordance with the subscription terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Apple account settings.

The Service Provider does not directly collect or store your payment card information for purchases processed by Apple.
 

Internet Connection

Certain MSQ features require an active internet connection to communicate with AI and other online services.

The Service Provider is not responsible for features being unavailable because of poor connectivity, service interruptions, network restrictions, or third-party service outages.

Any mobile data or internet charges associated with using MSQ are the user's responsibility.
 

Intellectual Property

The Application, including its software, interface, branding, design, graphics, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Application except as expressly permitted by law.
 

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for how they use content generated, modified, or processed through MSQ.

The Service Provider does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims or suitable for commercial use.

Users should obtain appropriate legal advice or permissions where necessary before commercially exploiting generated or modified content.
 

Privacy

Your use of MSQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information, including user-provided prompts, audio, voice recordings, generated content, analytics information, and other data, may be processed when using the Application.
 

Third-Party Services

MSQ may use third-party services, including:

  • Fal.ai

  • Google Analytics for Firebase

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Apple In-App Purchase

These services operate according to their respective terms, policies, and practices.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, operation, or independent practices of third-party services beyond what is required under applicable law.
 

Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features of MSQ at any time.

Updates may be required to continue using certain features. You are responsible for keeping the Application updated where necessary.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
 

Disclaimer

MSQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AI-generated content can vary and may contain errors or unexpected results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, quality, availability, reliability, or suitability of any generated content.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use MSQ.

Users remain responsible for their content, use of generated results, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MSQ if these Terms are violated, the Application is misused, or continued access creates legal, security, or operational risks.

Users may stop using MSQ at any time by uninstalling the Application and canceling any active subscription through their Apple account where applicable.
 

Children's Use

MSQ is not intended for children under the age of 13.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use of the Application by minors where permitted by applicable law.
 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, AI services, legal requirements, or our business practices.

Updated Terms will be made available through the Application or the applicable website. Continued use of MSQ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from use of MSQ will be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdictional requirements.
